Excellent stay! The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great with a good selection. Everything is wonderful, and I really enjoying my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Our stay was okay for a weekend trip for a wedding. The complimentary breakfast in the morning & free shuttle service to & from the airport was the highlight. We had a lot of parties, noise the weekend we stayed apparently. And the room keys daily had to be swapped out for not working. But for just the weekend though it was enough for our needs.

I went to the Chihuly exhibit at Meijer Gardens, which is why I wasbon town. My room was clean and pleasant. The staff was helpful suggesting dinner restaurants. My only negative comment was the breakfast items. The eggs/omlets were brown from being overcooked.

The room was very clean and we were able to check in early. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. The a/c worked well but I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature. Breakfast was good but there was no yogurt for a supply change reason. This hotel is so close to the airport and we were able to take the rental car back without driving on any main roads.

The hotel was clean, and spacious. It was a great place to settle in for a couple of quiet days. The room worked well for our handicapped daughter. I would rent the same room again.

The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put everything away I just left it alone.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Grand Rapids, Michigan! The staff was absolutely amazing everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly polite. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The excellent customer service really made our experience special. It’s always refreshing to be greeted with such kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express Grand Rapids to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again!

I loved the look of the hotel inside and outside. The room was nicely decorated. The only 3 problems that I had were the beds,, pillows, and the bathtub. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in at any hotel. I slept on all 4 pillows and it felt like I slept on 1. It was not the regular hotel pillows. The bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and when I stepped in, it made sounds that made me feel like I was about to fall through. I looked forward to a good night’s sleep since I was there for a funeral. I went back home exhausted 😩

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options- even a pancake machine where you just push a button and it makes them for you! Lol. Pool area was very clean and nice as well. My only complaint is that there are two pools advertised in the Hotels.com description, an indoor and an outdoor pool with sun loungers, and there is no outdoor here.
