This completely furnished 300 square feet studio with 1 queen bed, 1 bath features modern design with a full kitchen and is walkable to Downtown Muskegon. It includes all the necessities needed, like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-3 total). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. The only thing I could think of to mention was the washer and dryer combo was a little tricky at first but we figured it out quickly, and it’s not worth taking any kudos away from the owners. The mattress cover! I appreciate the thought behind a waterproof mattress cover. I use them on my personal mattresses in my home. I have never experienced one like this. It was like a tarp over the mattress. Zero breathability that led to waking up drenched in sweat even though the room was at a comfortable temperature. It also was very loud so every time we moved you heard crinkling. Heaven forbid we should roll over! It was an orchestra of plastic that ensured no one stayed asleep.Seriously, loved everything else!
