"I heard about the excellent staff before I booked and wow was I ever surprised. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The lady who served us in the concierge lounge was one of a kind. Some thing minor issues like outdated room. And our shower wasn’t the cleanest. La Ronde was an excellent experience (high price). Overall will be staying again. Thank you for everything "

The kids loved the pool and waterslide. It was a quick drive to West Edmonton mall. We will definitely stay here again. "
