They requested a $200 deposit per room once I arrived, even though I had already made the payment in advance and there was no statement made as too being an extra deposit on top. They also had difficulty locating my second room reservation and initially claimed I had only booked one room, which would have resulted in me being charged again for the second room. Overall, the check-in process was disorganized and frustrating."

"We did not stay in a theme room but the regular rooms are in great shape and are quite spacious. Beds are super comfortable. There was some early morning construction going on that I thought could have waited until at least 8:00 or 8:30 but that may have been outside of the hotel's control since it was the roof of the waterpark that was being worked on.
