We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc. Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Fantastic location, great transport links. The pods are a good size and well sound proofed, and the common area has reasonably priced snacks. Definitely recommend it if you don't mind the smaller space.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Good location

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
