"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"Property was not the original address reserved, instructions for getting the key to the unit was impossible, key broke in the lock to get to the inside of the building, property manager had never been to the unit and did not know what it looked like, there was one roll of toilet tissue for five days of stay, There was no paper towels, the coffee machine did not work, and the unit quite honestly was awful. The only positive thing I can say that was that it was in the correct part of town for what...

"The apartment was a charming two-bedroom unit typical of the Upper West Side in New York. Its location was conveniently close to all the attractions we intended to visit, and the subway station was just three blocks away, providing easy access to Brooklyn, Princeton, and the rest of the boroughs. I would highly recommend this stay—it was peaceful and, for lack of a better term, very inviting. My teenagers, who are all over 6’2”, found it to be quite comfortable as well."

"After landing i received word that my unit was damaged and i would be unable to stay there for the 3 nights i had booked. The host did make accommodations for a single night at a different unit, but I was informed if i accepted that I would lose all fees and taxes and only be refunded a small portion of the total cost. I can't help but feel this was a scam from the get go.Do not book this unit. "
