"Rooms dirty, hair in shower and on bathroom floors, had to call maintenance soon as we checked in because the bathroom sink was clogged. Switched rooms and the toilet ran non stop in new room. Never checked into a hotel and toilet paper roll empty. Was put on a floor in the middle of what we were told was a remodel. Plastic all over the floor and entire hallway empty as if rooms had been gutted out. My biggest complaint is I paid for a deluxe room, confirmation says deluxe room but was told by hotel management that my issue is with hotels.com because they didn’t book me a deluxe room. Management was not willing to accommodate at all and told me it would be well worth it to pay additional money on all 3 of my rooms to get switched to the already remodeled side of the hotel. Now I’m being told by hotels.com this is not true and they are reaching out to the hotel. Meanwhile I had to stay in the worst room ever when I paid for something I didn’t get! "

"The room had an infestation of ants and it was cold out. Saw some silver fish by the washer and dryer machine. Sheets were filthy. Stained yellow. Toilet has residue from previous people. Only positive side was the pool looked clean and beautiful. Otherwise not worth the stay. "
