"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "Absolutely amazing from check in to check out. We had a room on 13th floor views were fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding and only 5 minutes walk from the car park with a great 30%discount. Definitely be staying again...."

"First time visiting Liverpool and first time staying in a radison red hotel. The hotel is right next door to trainstation and weatherspoons and the theatre which is very handy. The staff in the hotel help in so many ways even helping lift my mums wheelchair and our luggage down the few stairs. When I come back this is the only hotel I will come back to as you feel very safe having to use keycards for lift etc. "

"The staff were amazing!!! So lovely. Charlotte checked us in and because it was our 1st time in Liverpool got us a room that had a view of Liverpool which made us feel really speacial. The chap that greeted us at the door was lovely, the waiters in the bar were lovely! We are already planning our next stay!!!!"

"We had a great stay in family room, relaxed breakfast with cereal, fruit and yoghurt options followed by freshly cooked hot available - with a different special item each day. Close to Blackpool tower but tram stops almost right outside anyway. Found car park usually always had space (it is £10 a night but we expected that!). Didn’t go to entertainment as kids had busy days but what we saw looked great. "
