Lovely comfortable room, spa was a little tired

I booked this hotel for myself and my two teenage children (16 and 13) as a treat for my 16 year old passing GCSE with great grades. She wanted to visit Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum and my youngest wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. This was my second stay and loved it all over again, location is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be back soon ❤️

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break. In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. very nice hotel, clean and luxurious

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.
