The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. Great hotel, 5 mins from central Amsterdam via the Metro. Quiet location, so great nights sleep. Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Lovely comfortable room, spa was a little tired

This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break. In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. We went into the centre to socialise. Our 24 yr old daughter was happy to travel in & out on her own from here. Felt safe & secure. Good sized room with comfy King bed and sofa bed for 3 of us. Lovely hotel in a superb position. We booked a deluxe room and were located on the 5th floor overlooking the river. We had a super size balcony. The room was just perfect and the bed and pillows made for a very relaxing and comfortable sleep. The bathroom was a fantastic size with all the amenities .. full size bath and walk-in shower .. double sinks etc and the towels were extra large. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.

This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. Top class hotel in a very good area the staff always very nice and helpful. Being a regular visitor i can say the rooms are all very welcoming and and in good condition.

This well situated hotel provided the perfect setting for a 50th birthday treat. The room had a lovely view over the canal and the staff were friendly, helpful but not intrusive. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but the dining area provided complementary tea and coffee in the afternoon which we felt was a thoughtful touch. Definitely a special event destination.

Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town.
