Lovely comfortable room, spa was a little tired

This was my second stay and loved it all over again, location is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be back soon ❤️

This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. very nice hotel, clean and luxurious

This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break. In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. We went into the centre to socialise. Our 24 yr old daughter was happy to travel in & out on her own from here. Felt safe & secure. Good sized room with comfy King bed and sofa bed for 3 of us. Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.

Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

Very friendly and close the to city centre

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. Great Hotel, Tram stop is right outside, so easy access to city centre, took about 10-15 mins. Staff were very helpful and rooms had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!
