"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."

"New-ish hotel, good facilities, but rooms are somewhat small. My main issue was with parking. I received an email with a promotional code advising to book in the NCP right in front of the hotel. I texted the hotel directly through Hotels.com to confirm and the only response I received was an attachment of the email I had already gotten. When I went to book the parking, the code given returned an error. After speaking with NCP, they advised the code had expired last month... yet the hotel had not bothered updating their email to reflect this! What's worse is when I went to reception to check with them and hopefully get a new code... turns out there's none. I wouldn't be mad about not having discounted parking if I had not been told twice by their emails there was one! Staff at reception wasn't even that apologetic about the situation. Also, room had not been cleaned properly. We booked a room with 2 beds, and when we put them together, below the bed we moved the floor was full of all sorts of things; broken plastics, dirt of all kinds, etc. Expected better."

"We only stay for one night so it was ok however wouldn’t want to stay any longer as the double room is more like single with double bed in it. It’s so hot in the room it was difficult to sleep and although they provide a fan I found that to be quite noisy. It needs some updating as some of it is looking tired. Also windows could do with some cleaning and maybe picking up all the paper rubbish from behind the bed! Last thing the floor is really creaky it gets annoying after awhile. On the plus size the staff are really lovely especially the girls in the bar area! And the breakfast was really tasty!"
