"This was the perfect setup for our family to spend the long weekend on the west coast visiting relatives and going to Disney. Location is easy to get to from major transportation areas, and you can't beat it for Disney park/Downtown Disney access."

"We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!"

"House was great for our family during Chapman Graduation. Only complaint I have is the city ordinance restrictions and rules posted throughout the house. I understand hosts are trying to comply and give guidance but felt a bit oppressive. Otherwise the house was perfect!"

"When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!"
