It has two master suites, one with a Cal King Bed and private bath and one with a Queen bed and private bath. Two children's bedrooms with Full over Full Bunk beds share a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have 43-inch plasma TVs. All bedrooms have upgraded carpets. Laminate wood and tile floors throughout the rest of the home. Open concept kitchen with custom cherry wood paneled cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The breakfast nook at the granite bar countertop seats four. The dining room seats eight comfortably. Main Living Room blue-ray/DVD player. The sofa has a queen-sized sleeper. The home has wireless high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The game room is off of the living room in the garage. The game room has toys, ping pong, a full-size billiard table and a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers to use.The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, with a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating. This house SLEEPS 11 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. There was 9 of us and it met all of our needs and we loved that we had our own pool! Very short distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. We even were able to see the fireworks at night from the house!! A lot of people in reviews complained about the pool alarm, however, having a 1 & 3 year old I appreciated the alarm. It eased my mind knowing it was there! I would recommend this house and would stay again if we ever went back. ##### Sara G. The house was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Really appreciated the concierge option for groceries. Although we did not use it this time, it was so nice to know that was an option. Having prompt responses from property manager was very helpful, for any of my last minute random questions. The pool was fun. I would recomend bringing your own lifejackets for kids.The pool was surprisingly deep. I would recommend this home to my friends, and we may visit again. ##### Pricella S. We were here for Chapman Graduation (about a 15 minute drive) but stayed for Disney. My dad who is 89 enjoyed just relaxing at the house when tired (it was great that there were two bedrooms with their own baths) while the more adventurous in our group walked to and from disney (a decent but doable walk for teens/adults but probably too long for little kids). We stocked the house with food for a poolside BBQ and breakfasts and were happy with the kitchen supplies.. The pool table was a bonus. Will rent this house again if we are back in the area for an extended time. ##### Laura H. I think the only negative thing I would have to say is that there were limited condiments. Most VRBO places I have stayed in the past has the basics like ketchup, mustard, coffee, and sugar. We didn't want to buy stuff that we would have to throw out later, so we kept it very basic and only had breakfast. Would of been nice to use the BBQ. This was our second time renting this house. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was very cool to experience our first 4th of July in the USA (Canadians here!) in a family friendly neighborhood. The fireworks started at about 1pm and lasted about 12 hours with almost every household putting on a show. We enjoyed every minute of the show! House was super clean & comfortable, pool & backyard were great. The house was well stocked, all you need to bring is food, drinks & ice. A couple more lounge chairs would have been nice but lots of other seating. ##### Rob B. There were 8 family members that stayed here. We enjoyed our stay the kitchen was fully stocked, bath towels for each of us plus pool towels. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable but the house itself made up for it. We were able to see the fireworks from the front yard of the house. There is a local neighborhood Walmart close by. Disneyland is a very close drive but not close enough to walk to and from, after walking Disneyland the entire day. There is a Shakeys pizza close by that we also enjoyed. We did take advantage of the pool and grill. The pool alarm is a little annoying but understandable for guests with small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again for our next family vacation. ##### Alicia S. We enjoyed the Disney fireworks each night, and were pleased with the size of the house for our family. Unfortunately it is a little beat up, and quite ‘lived in.’ It was just a resting place for us between Disney days, so we were not too disappointed- but the drywall and baseboards are in need of repair and it could use a deep clean. Lots of dust on fixtures and bed frames. And the pool/back door alarm is outrageous. No disarm button outside- so that thing is going off every single time you come in. This was a great home, super comfy couch, beds, very clean, well taken care of. The house was awesome, staying in Anaheim with a pool is a little difficult because you cant be outside past 10 pm - to 9am and no music which means even low music for a tropical effect for my older family isnt allowed. So it was not as fun as it could have been due to the ordinances... so I will be looking outside Anaheim, but that is not the rentals fault, its the city rules. The home itself was great and clean. A few things that could have been better: The air hockey machine didnt work and had pictures on it, which we were looking forward to, and washing machine/dryer weren't the best, maybe need a tune up. Not sure. It is a little weird to wash all the towels before you leave, and the dryer vent into/out of the house was clogged and needed Maintenace so I was flustered trying to do two loads of laundry for almost 4 hours and accidentally left my two expensive tommy Bahama beach towels behind, which kind of was a bummer since they were a gift from my late mom. But that ultimately was my fault for washing them there. Seems like for the money we paid for house cleaning they could handle the laundry.... So, the noise and the laundry was my only issues. The property manager was super responsive, and they give you text updates. TV worked good, internet worked good, pool was clean and house very well maintained. Great showers too and nice toiletries. ##### Shauna B. The property was only about a 5 minute drive from Disneyland and very easy to get a Lyft over there so we didn't have to worry about parking at the parks. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, could have easily fit several more! The rooms were comfortable and it was great that there were 3 full bathrooms. It unfortunately rained for most of our trip so we did not get much use of the pool/backyard but it did look very nice out there!
