The hotel itself is located right in the heart of key things such as the pier, many restaurants and The Lanes are right out their door. They are also 2 minutes away from the bus terminal that can take you to both major airports for a reasonable charge. "

"My husband and I came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary with a night away in a Malmaison hotel. We have found f at previous Malmaison hotels a warm and uplifting experience. The hotel was clean and tidy but we're confused after a pre check-in that at 2 hours after the original check in our room wasn't ready and it was changed. Some of the staff were friendlier than others but all in all provided a good service. After informing them of our anniversary we made our way to our room to receive a knock at the door, we were delighted to receive a card with 2 free drinks vouchers. After a meal out on the town we enjoyed to glasses of prosecco in the bar with a view of the marina. We had a comfortable night's stay with balcoit curtains and feather pillows and duvet. All in all the cleanliness of the hotel was good, however a quick check and thorough clean under the rim of the toilet wouldn't go amiss! We had an enjoyable anniversary celebration."
