"The property is very close to the on-off bus which we really enjoyed. It is close to the York Museum which is absolutely a must see. We walked a lot in York and found our location to be acceptable. If you are not a big “walker”, then you might want to stay closer to the center. The hotel was great. The breakfast was very good. The valet attendants were friendly. Valet parking is kind of pricey but pretty average for our experience in the UK. Room was comfortable and clean. Would recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely stay as a family of 4, large room, fabulous facilities and a wonderful breakfast which everyone enjoyed. 20 minutes straight road walk in to York and the kids loved the garden in the evening whilst we could sit on the terrace."
