"Wonderful place. Staff superb. Breakfast fresh and tasty. The Juniper cottage was full of thoughtful complimentary items. Extremely clean and pleasant. Shower was beautiful and hot, although the bathroom was a little narrow. My only concern was the floor was freezing! I'm a diabetic and I'd normally put my slippers on at home. Maybe consider putting down a rug to the bathroom door."

"We stayed in the Churnery room for 2 nights on a B&b basis. Good size room with has been refurbished to modern standards. Everything supplied that is needed for a short stay - smart TV, fridge, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, bottled water, etc. Continental breakfast is excellent, wide choice including facilities to freshly cook your own boiled and scambled eggs. Oriental garden pod. Set in a gorgeous garden of bonsai, pagoda and koi pond.
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (19)
"The pod was lovely, maybe a bit quirky. Everything we needed Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. One point, the use of the hot tub is an additional charge, which isn't made clear in the itinary or booking process. We felt the charge couldn't be justified so we didn't use the hot tub, which was a shame."

Tranquil Location and perfect family holiday home

"Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. Nearby Thai takeaway from local pub was very good. One...

"The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. Lots of great places to eat in Wells and the surrounding area - excellent meal at the...
