"A warm welcome, lovely spacious and very clean room. Had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent, booking recommended as was very busy. Breakfast cooked to order. The only thing that would make it perfect is a hot tub and sauna 😁"

"A really great stay in a fantastic room - wish I could have stayed longer! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The only downside is lack of parking, but there are a couple of paid car parks near enough."

"Staff very welcoming and helpful. Well equipped room, we particularly appreciated the coffee machine, fresh milk in the fridge and air conditioning. Hotel well positioned for our planned visit to Kings Lynn. Breakfast also very good with everything you could possibly want."

"We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only there for few days and did some sightseeing But the facilities looked great had our stay been longer we would have made use of them We had a studio and accommodation was spacious clean and exactly what we wanted"
