"The hotel is well located for access to the town, shops and bars. There are also a lovely walk behind the hotel on the old railway line to Threlkeld as well as down round the lake. The room was very clean and breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of parking "

"Travelled by train so very convenient being a few feet from the railway station. With friends so asked for a room near by receptionist a bit off with we're busy and full no apologies. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice with good variety. Would stay again in the future."

"The B&B is in an excellent location, with a 15 min walk into the centre of Keswick. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are really helpful. Free passes to the spa is a great touch and exactly what we needed after a long walk. I'd highly recommend staying that this B&B. "
