"The hotel is undergoing what appears to be a paint refresh, so this probably clouded my judgement slightly. That said, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was ok, but dresser doors wouldn’t close, paint was chipped and generally it looked well worn. The hotel location is great and the nearby restaurants are well worth a visit. The bed was very comfy so that’s a plus. Overall our experience was good, but could have been better."

"Great stay again at this property. We were here for 2 nights for the ice hockey play offs. We had booked 2 rooms and the lovely gentleman on reception kindly upgraded us to executive rooms and accommodated our request for one of them to be made into a twin."

"We stayed at this Radisson again as we attend the Donington race meetings. The hotel is fine, price reasonable, but the £15 charge to park your car overnight is steep - and obviously aimed at those going on holiday from East Midlands airport. Frustrating as we are just parking overnight as we attend two days at Donington Park circuit. We use the lobby bar, but we don't use the Runway restaurant anymore (we go into Castle Donington). Hotel rooms are ok, but the 'hum' droning noise from the airconditioning or whatever it is in the bathroom is not welcome. It has been going on for a long time (we stay here maybe three times a year). So keep the toilet and bathroom doors shut. But the hotel is a handy location and does the job."

"Booked in and couldn’t even book in for the spa as it was fully booked because of a wedding. No email sent suggesting I needed to book. I only wanted to use the sauna. Lots of other people complained about the same thing. "
