I’ve stayed in these apartments a few times now. The rooms are a great size with all you need especially in the kitchen area. The only downside is there’s no air con, although they do provide fans in your room. Just a couple of minutes walk from Watford Junction with great links to London

Great location, comfortable accomodation, friendly and helpful staff. The absence of air conditioning was a problem in the last few days due to exceptionally warm weather. Portabke ac unit provided helped somewhat.

You get much more than a hotel room for the price. There was a proper kitchen containing fridge, microwave, oven and hob. There was a bath as well as shower. The only downside was no air conditioning and I went in a week that was 29.5 degrees over night. I had a problem with the shower which they fixed. I would definitely stay again.

The only issue was no air con but we did have 2 fans in the room .. probably didnt help being 30+ degrees outside.. other than that room was great, just as described, and location ideal for a wembley trip. Couldn't fault the check or parking. Will be booking again.

I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future.

Livin' Serviced Apartments are a fantastic place to stay. Located in the centre of Watford, and conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the station, this is now my go to for stays in Watford and for business trips to London. Rooms are excellent sizes, and the additional amenities that you get (fridge, oven etc) make it stand out from the adjoining Holiday Inn.
