Beautiful building, very nicely decorated and cosy interior. Excellent location to walk around the town and close to the station. Nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with an excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet and good coffee. I loved it !

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, and the 4 course meal served in our room (due to the covid restrictions) was very pleasant. The room was nice, but as it is a historic building, it is to be expected that the noise carries a little more than usual. I certainly recommend a stay!

The hotel was located very close to the train and bus station in a nice quiet street. It was about a 10 minute walk to city centre. The hotel was nicely decorated, very very clean and a delight to stay in. Breakfast was good, dinner was on the small side but good. The only thing we didn’t like was the lighting- we found the room quite dark and it was difficult to read in. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious . The breakfast was amazing ! A special thank you to the chefs who were polite ,friendly and very helpful. The location was also convenient for visiting local attractions I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others . I would definitely stay here again!

The Indes is an institution in the Hague, and whilst some hotels rely on the past, this hotel excels on so many levels. It's beautiful, but first and foremost the staff (ambassadors as they're known) are some of the best we've ever come across in the Netherlands, and that's going some as the Dutch are great at hospitality! From the door man to the waiting staff, everyone speaks to you and makes sure you have everything you need. The room was lovely and a good size, and the bathroom was big...

Everything at the Intercity hotel Leiden was perfect. The staff were brilliant always very willing to help, check in and out were simple and quick. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed and shower were great. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great modern and classy hotel

A clean, modern, vibrant hotel designed in partnership with the neighbouring IKEA concept centre, and furnished almost entirely with IKEA furniture. That may not be everyone's idea of how a good hotel should be - but it works, and it's good. Parking is plentiful and inclusive, EV charging points too, cycle hire on site. The Delft City shuttle runs directly from the hotel car park. Adjacent to a busy IKEA store and motorway intersection. It's a half hour walk into Delft - and well worth it....

Wonderful hotel near the airport and only 40 mins to the centre of Amsterdam too!

Lovely hotel in a central location. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The rooms were big with plenty of space for luggage etc. The bed was comfortable. Nice sized clean bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants and sights/landmarks all within walking distance. Lots of transport options nearby.

Such a wonderful hotel with loads of character

Fantastic hotel, excellent location opposite the station with great transport links into Amsterdam Centre. Staff were very attentive and breakfast was really nice. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Amsterdam

Walkable to the airport

Great location for exploring the waterfront, very nice roof top bar and liked the room with a view that had large windows. Starbucks under the hotel which opens at 8.00
