"super nice and clean appartment. Landlord was unfriendly. we messed the check out time and apologized thousand times. still she was very unfriendly and unpolite. We understand that it was our fault but nobody was harmed and we left then very fast till 4 PM. Also the buliding superintendend was strange. If we decide to book again....not sure"

"Staff were friendly both checking in and checking out. Needed something printing and they were more than happy to help which doesn’t go unappreciated. Room was nice, beds were comfy. Was a noisy group outside late at night but no fault of the hotels of course we chose to have windows open. Location was superb right by the tram which made getting into central Amsterdam easy."
