"Everything perfect, absolutely worth it"

"A lovely light filled apartment on the first floor in a really quiet area but just minutes from bars / restaurants & the main canal. Hans & Marnie kindly let us check in early & welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is beautifully presented & surpassed the pictures."

"This is in the perfect location. You step outside into a postcard canal/ cafe scene. Loved it"

"Modern eingerichtet und sauber Leider kein warmes Wasser am Waschbecken Pappbecher für Kaffee, aber gute Kapselmasschine Leider kein Teller oder Besteck Bei schlechtem Wetter für 4 Leute dann doch sehr eng Wir hatten gutes Wetter und konnten die kleine Terrasse genießen Alles in allem aber eine nette Unterkunft für 3 Tage"

"Communication was extremely poor. It took two phone calls (with very friendly staff) and two WhatsApp reminders before we finally received 13 (!) emails. Only one of them contained the correct payment link. The whole process felt rather surreal. Check-in was available from 16:00. We arrived at 16:50, only to find our room was still being cleaned. The gentleman seemed annoyed that we were "already" there, and we couldn't get into the room until 17:10. After a day out with two kids, it wasn't the...

"This is a remotely operated aparthotel with an online reception and electronic key sent directly to your mobile phone. Located on a residential street on the edge of town, but still a short walk from the main town and the beach. Very high spec rooms and bathroom with loads of space. If you don't need the benefits of a full service hotel, this is a great option."

"Great location, east access, comfortable place to stay. I came to the place only for one night and stay felt really good!"

"Really convenient location for Schipol airport, shops and restaurants in Hoofddorp, Keukenhof, Alkmaar, the coast…… Jose and Peter are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. Would highly recommend. "

"It is a very beautiful and cozy studio and we enjoyed staying at this accommodation. The beach is very close and also the little city center is only 5 minutes by walk. We had a great time and would come back!"

"Very nice Breakfast ,food comfy rooms, and very nice staff"

"Great place for our short-term stay. Top location, with a lot of parking, close to the park and city center. highly recommended."

"An absolutely beautiful apartment, very well furnished and appointed. It's about 10 - 15 mins walk from the town centre, railway station and beaches. It was a lovely place to stay. We visited Amsterdam, Leiden and Haarlem, great days out but very happy to come home to Zandvoort an See"

"Novi did a great job on this old house, however, on our fourth stay, we did have a few issues: - no more water bottles provided - although I’m not a fan of air-conditioning, it was needed this time due to the temperatures, but it would shut off by itself after more or less 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. - people upstairs walking around, made a lot of noise, so I must assume the isolation is poor"

"Great stay! Really close to the sea, great facilities and a comfortable bed! Definitely recommend it!"
