"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer. Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool. He was also the one we asked about other things to do in the area and he was always happy to help look up or suggest things. I cannot remember when I have had such a warm welcome at...

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there....

We were made welcome from the time we checked in and all hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and cleaning staff even took the trouble to put a small plastic map for our dog's bowls in the room. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent breakfasts and excellent meals in both the restaurant and bar. The licensee who was on duty for most of our stay - Steve - was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make to make our stay enjoyable.

Highly recommend. Gorgeous restaurant and rooms with a beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect for us with two children who were in same building but floor above via internal staircase. Car park just round the corner had to pay separately for but plenty spaces. Bed was fine but could have been more comfortable and slippers would be good but appreciated the robes.
