Facilities overall were very good, though room would’ve benefited from having a proper fixed shower unit. Mis-matched and cracked tiles in bathroom, discoloured grouting, damaged mirror, inadequate shower bracket making it unuseable, dirty shelf and window surround, loose toilet seat. Drink splashes on walls, outdated furniture with several damaged areas, dirty tea tray. Holes in corners of duvet cover. Paintwork excessively damaged. The room needs a complete refurbishment and was not worth what we paid.
