"Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good."

"We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. "We found the flat easy, close access to main road in town center. Lovely, large flat, nicely furnished. Good communication with the lady owner."

"It wasn't easy to find this flat, would have been better with the Actual address rather than The Whitstable Retreat. Outside the entrance porch is unsightly due to dirt and cobwebs. Once in the flat we found it a good size, nice kitchen area and lounge. Small toilet just inside the front door. I'm not sure about the layout of the bedroom and ensuit though. "Scam didn’t answer phone no one book this "

"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "
