"Beautiful property. Lush gardens and the Castle interior was phenominal as well as the staff. Only wish we would have known half of the castle face was covered by tarps for preservation work and Wi-Fi in room was unusable due to an extremely weak (-90dB plus) signal. "The hotel was closed! Hasn’t been open for months according to neighbours. Locked up, in darkness. We drove 2/h to get there after paying in full and receiving confirmation! Stuck in Kent overnight having to grab sleep in the car as everything booked up! DISASTER! and trying to get thru to hotel.com ..."
