"The hotel has clearly been done out and is very nice and comfortable. My only problems were that the room was never cleaned during my stay, the bathroom door needed serious force to close and the toilet flush was unreliable. Otherwise a good stay."

"The hotel is central for buses and trams to the surrounding areas,and the staff go out ot their way to be helpful. There is entertainment in the evening in a downstairs bar or if you like a quiet drink to chat with friends there's an upstairs bar."

"Nice older hotel with amazing sea views. The staff were great and helpful. The only drawback for us was the bar fell like an after thought. Limited comfortable seating to enjoy a drink as the room where the bar is located serves and an overflow area for dining and a barman that disappeared for long periods of time leaving guests waiting for drinks. Would I stay here again? Yes I would."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was wonderful, though the carpets are well worn. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. There was a great choice at continental breakfast and table service for the hot breakfast. The room was obviously cleaned well by staff, though there were some stains on the carpet and curtains, that wasn't through lack of cleaning, just that the furnishings seemed to be a bit older. We'd definitely go again."
