Ensure that hot water is avaiable, at best we had luke warm showers - we also had to boil the kettle to wash up. Provide additional towels and an area to dry (air out) towels. It was dark on arrival and very difficult to find our pod additional lighting is required to prevent tripping over and finding your way."
