"Our stay was good, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and comfy. The bathroom was a little older, could do with a little decoration and the shower head needed replaced but otherwise it was fine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

"Burgh Island was fabulous. The one complaint was re the dress code. We had called in advance to find out what we should wear and was told no jeans and trainers. During our stay other guests were wearing jeans and trainers both in the Nettlefold restaurant during dinner and

"A very pleasant stay the setting in the middle of a golf course means you are surrounded by countryside and away from the roads. We had a evening meal which was excellent and plenty of it. I can imagine it will be busy at weekends but certainly the 2 nights we stayed it was ok so there was plenty of parking. A plus for us was we didn't see any dogs in the hotel."
