"Lovely clean space , felt super relaxed had a great time"

"Room was a good size ,but tv was placed at the side of the bed ¬ on a arm so you couldn't move to a better position so really bad neck ache.nice size shower but no pressure.The breakfast was a buffet we were expecting a breakfast menu,felt a bit like a free breakfast in a well known chain!very disappointing.had a meal in the pickled sprout which was excellent, would definitely recommend going there for a meal."

"Rooms are well appointed and clean with comfortable, large beds. The quality of food at breakfast was good, but hotel was very busy and there were not enough staff on to keep the breakfast buffet replenished and clear tables, and seating was at a premium. A little chaotic. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and so these issues may well resolve. There is a car park which is run privately and you have to pay for. It’s not really large enough for a hotel of that size."

"Staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel and our room were clean, updated and in great condition. The only ding is that our room did not have a smart TV or other viewing options outside of local TV channels."

"Had a great overnight stay. The smallest rooms ("Cozy Double") are still a good size, and with spa access from 7am - 9pm, great value. Friendly staff, clean room with lots of sun and a big bathroom with large walk-in shower, wonderful spa facilties, and very close to the town centre. Just a few snagging points to mention. * Car parking. I'm sure this has rocketed since we last visited in December. It costs £18 per day to park in the hotel car park - as a hotel guest! Sure, it might be more expensive in the town centre, but I am not a shopper - I am staying at the hotel. If you are coming by car, you'll need to factor in this significant and disproportionate cost. * Half of the channels on the TV didn't work. * Check-out time is 11am, and the key card will stop working at 11:01am. It costs £30/hour you stay over this. Fair enough perhaps, but bear it in mind if you lose track of time in the spa :) Great hotel. But don't forget to add £18/day to your costs!"
