"Parking was great staff and hotel lovely bed was very comfy Shower wasn’t that hot I would have liked to have been able to turn it up more and the lighting in the room was absolutely awful literally couldn’t see to put my makeup on why these major hotels don’t put good lighting in I will never know "

"The hotel was generally nice enough, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant overall atmosphere. Staff were friendly and the stay was enjoyable in many ways. However, the communal toilets in the bar area were disappointing, as they were not very clean and some of the taps were not working, which let the standard down. It was also frustrating that the bar closed to residents quite early, limiting the chance to relax later in the evening. Overall, an acceptable stay, but a few improvements would make a big difference."

"Staff were excellent. We were offered a free room upgrade, but it was really small. The room smelt as if drains were blocked, and the shower didn't drain quickly. It was extremely hot throughout the night. The gym facility was in excellent condition. Sadly we never experienced the spa. "

"It was ok. It was my wife’s 40th and wasn’t much of a fuss made and the room was really small. We had another couple stay at the same hotel at the same time paid less and they was offered a bigger room on arrival and free parking. They had a bigger room for free and they paid less and they was celebrating me wife’s 40th which was disappointing. Other than that it was a Nike clean today place and staff was welcoming "
