Large open space with pool table and pin ball machine . Working kitchen fitted out , fresh linen and towels etc . Privacy nice and quite , just the sounds of the tūī s ,bell birds etc .
Pets welcome , a place to park your boat or horse truck and wash down . Horses welcome paddocks available.
