The room was huge 2 bathrooms was a luxury with 2 Teenagers in tow.reception staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble they even got us an extra quilt without fuss.pool and sauna were Lovley.rooms clean and tidy we will be back Thankyou xx"

"Ideally located just off the M65. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a tea/coffee making facility. Free wi-fi was easily accessible. Pub/restaurant next to the accommodation building had a great selection of beers and a comprehensive menu. Breakfast was served in the pub/restaurant. Great selection from continental to full english."

"Generally the property needs a bit of a renovation in some respects when you look closely, but to be fair for the price paid it was a good deal. One thing though the Jacuzzi connects to the pool so the water temperature is a bit cool and most surprising of all we were unable to get a meal on the Saturday night. The restaurant was full and no bar food was available ' because the the kitchen was busy'. "
