"The Stone's Throw Cottage was the perfect spot for a short trip to the area to look for rocks on the beaches. It's very roomy and comfortable, and was incredibly clean. My dog and I felt at home immediately; and the large backyard gave him ample room to run and sniff. Erin responded almost immediately when I had a couple of questions, making my stay a breeze. She and Jamie are wonderful hosts, and I would highly recommend their home for a comfortable getaway -- whether or not you're a beachcombing rockhound!"

"This is the second property my family (girls weekend with sibling sisters and adult nieces) have booked with This property owner. They both have been amazing. We had 17 adult women at this property and had such a great time. We used the hot tub a few times a day. Large yard was used for corn hole competition. Plenty of space for us all to eat together or near each other. We loved the idea of a mix of private and group sleeping quarters. Would absoluted recommend any of Richards properties. "

"Everything was as described and in good working order. House had a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of room for our guests. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing was no fault of the homeowner, we were there in early spring and nearby farm had fertilized, making the outdoor area not smell great. I am sure that was just unlucky timing. The house was beautiful. "

The property itself is fantastic. Plenty of room for the family to sprawl out and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. Everything was clean and property looked exactly like the pictures. Management company was very easy to work with and they were very responsive with any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a property close to everything but with privacy…..”This Is It”"

"What an incredible experience and beautiful home. The host was stellar in her communication of our needs and wants. The house is well equipped for everything you would need for a wonderful weekend stay. My only tiny suggestion would be hooks for towels in the bathrooms and a few hangers in the closets. We had an AMAZING 5 Star experience though all around. Highly recommended! Looking forward to a return stay."
