"An excellent stay to celebrate a special occasion. Staff were incredible, attentive, polite and we were given an upgrade to our room on arrival. We did not eat breakfast at the property as it was not included in our room booking however we did make use of the hotels many restaurants - which were amazing! So much choice and excellent food. Great location for exploring the area of Westminster and the hotels courtyard is breathtaking."

"Good quality hotel for the price, reception staff were helpful and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, bathroom was also nice and modern. Much better than some other hotels I’ve stayed in in London. I’d recommend. In order to make it even better, I suggest offering some additional amenities like bottled water for the rooms - there aren’t many stores nearby and small touches like that really help when you’re travelling and feeling dehydrated."

"This is the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in. It was quiet. My reservation included an enormous breakfast. I'd lost track of my adapter plugs and the hotel desk had them for sale at a reasonable price. There was a card in the room explaining the several ways to get back to the airport. This hotel is one of those with everything you need and nothing you don't!"

"Clean and amazing hotel that was great… Only downfall is the tub is very high so if you have mobility issues, take that into consideration, unless it was only my room but other than that room was immaculate I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!"

"Exactly what we needed for an overnight concert stay. Unfortunately there was tube noise being in the windowless rooms and the corridor lights remained on so there was a lot of light into the room. Great air con and bathroom. Would stay again, maybe not in the basement rooms !"

"Very good, Hotel has great facilities and is very close to shops, transport and the park. Most staff are nice, the rooms were well maintained and clean. The concierge was very nice helpful and friendly. The reception staff were a bit cold and lacked a genuine welcome. The bar had very little atmosphere but was very well stocked with friendly staff. It however had no resemblance of an Irish bar in any way. The hotel met all our needs as a family and had a very helpful addition of a fridge which was helpful in the very hot weather of summer."

"Shower compartment doesn't have a full door. Water spilled out of the shower onto the floor very easily, making the showering experience less enjoyable. Location is superb. Staffs are excellent! Love our stay very much. Thank you."
