Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor deck. The large front/back yard is also yours to enjoy during your stay. The detached garage apartment may be occupied, and shares the driveway/parking area, but does not share any indoor or outdoor living spaces.
Note: The basement is not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
• No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Drive slowly — the shared driveway has a speed limit of 12 mph to ensure safety and respect for neighbors.
• Detached garage apartment may be occupied, but has no shared living spaces.
• Basement access is not permitted.
• Extra guest fee applies — Base rate includes 6 guests; up to 4 additional guests welcome for $100/night per guest.
• Lambert’s Cove Beach pass included (in season) — Guests will have access to the West Tisbury resident beach. Instructions for obtaining and using the pass will be provided prior to your stay.
• No parties or events — please respect the peaceful nature of the home and neighborhood.
• No removal of any items from the property, including linens and towels.
• Guests are required to leave the property in tidy condition upon departure.

Please note: Outdoor shower is now off for the season. The sunroom is accessible, but unheated and not useable as a bedroom in winter.
