We always enjoy our stay at the Mansion House Inn and Spa. Unfortunately the nor'easter prevented us from enjoy the roof top patio overlooking the habor or our balcony but the accommodations were top notch as always (rooms and property are very clean and well maintained) and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location in downtown Vineyard Haven. Staff was very friendly and welcomed us back every time we came back to the hotel. They have a full gym with a saltwater pool downstairs which was great when it rained. The light breakfast of cereal, coffee, oatmeal, and greek yogurt was a nice start to the day.

I loved the location of this property and its proximity to restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast is a great perk with a lot of choices in teas! Lol - I love a good cup of tea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. And, we loved sipping lemonade on the roof while watching the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel. We would stay here again!

Everything at this hotel was top notch. Customer Service was exceptional; Room was amazing, spacious and very clean; the amenities were on point. Within walking distance to a convenient store, the ferry, the bus and many restaurants. Boutique shopping on same street. I already booked it for next year. We absolutely loved our stay at Mansion House Inn & Spa. This was our first trip to MV, and we didn't really know where we should stay, but we are so happy we ended up staying in Vineyard Haven, and specifically at Mansion House. The Inn is so beautifully decorated, the location is super convenient, and I honestly don't think I have ever stayed at a place that is so clean. Everything is pristine - including the stairwells! The beds are super comfortable, and the linens are all top notch. Everyone was so helpful, and really wanted to help us put together the best weekend. We followed all of their tips, and just had such a memorable long weekend there. We loved the low-key vibe of Vineyard Haven. It was fun to go to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, but we really appreciated coming back to the more relaxed feel of Vineyard Haven. We greatly enjoyed the shops and the restaurants that were just steps from the hotel. We also enjoyed an amazing couples massage at the spa. We unfortunately did not make it up to the rooftop deck until the last day. The view up there is phenomenal and it would have been great to enjoy my morning coffee up there. On the last day, upon recommendation of the hotel staff, we took the free island bus to Aquinnah. The views there are absolutely spectacular. Thank you to all of the staff at Mansion Inn for helping us enjoy such a memorable time on MV!

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to answer questions about the property and the island. I also really enjoyed the large room either a balcony. The highlight of the property is the roof either a panoramic view of Vineyard Haven. Also Mansion House has a wonderful restaurant, pool and spa. This is such a conveniently located hotel. There are retail shops literally just out the front door. It’s walkable to the best bakery, Sweet Bites and the award winning Art Cliff Diner! You really get to feel the Harbor life at Mansion House Hotel. Ten out of ten!

We stayed in a pet-friendly room, and I was surprised how it did not have one pet smell; the air was so clean. I do recommend that besides lemonade on the roof, they should have a container of cold water at all times for guests in their lounge, even if it’s charged.

The room was beautiful with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. We also had a cute balcony porch. My daughter said the gym was wonderful. We unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. The staff downstairs at the desk were very helpful in instructing us about public transportation and any other questions we had about the community. Mansion House is a great place to stay and would definitely go back there again.
