"We had a wonderful time at the Sunset -- it's a slightly difficult property to get to by car, given the traffic flow around it (and its semi-residential location), but once we were there, it really was perfect. The secured parking was handy, the room was spacious and well furnished, and the location was fantastic. Whether we needed to pop out to grab dinner (or make a late night pharmacy run), or were strolling down to the beach to watch fireworks or catch the False Creek Ferry over to Granville Island, it really was just the ideal location for letting the whole family have the fun of living in a beautiful Vancouver neighborhood for a week. The elevators were a little small but arrived promptly when needed, so we didn't waste a lot of time standing around, and it was easy to replace consumable room supplies using the cabinet in the lobby. We didn't have much need to ask staff for help, but when we did, help was rapid and friendly -- the room was clean and the kitchen utensils and layout worked great for our needs. By the end of the week we were saying out loud to each other that we need to remember to stay here again when we come back to Vancouver. I'd recommend the place to anyone."

"When we arrived the staff was very helpful with pointing us in the right direction with getting some food since we arrived very late. The staff was very pleasant and our room was very clean. When we checked out, the staff allowed us to stow our bags for free until we left for our flight. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!"
