"Traveling with a child with a disability, they tried to accommodate. But the building is dated. The pool floor didn’t have amazing ventilation and the carpets weren’t very clean. They had 2 handicap parking spots that I could find in the garage and they were always full. "

"It was a pleasant stay for a business trip. I needed a quiet and convenient room to rest and this hotel and staff provided what I needed with a reasonable price. I'm not sure if that's a good choice for a vacation especially with kids, but for a few days business trip I recommend this hotel. Just double check the parking situation if you have a car!"

"I arrived exhausted and there Staff there accomodated me by allowing a early check in The room seemed vlean, but as the evening progressed, i noticed things and the first was a bodily fluid stain on the comforter. I reported it but then decided to let it go as it was far from me. I was sooooo tired. I just took it off In the morning I realized that the sheets only covered the top of the bed not the foot . This explained my entanglement . When I looked closer i noticed what looked like nut shells or something everywhere on the mattress. The mattress was so uncomfortable as well "

"Parking included, decent pool, great location. Nice and spacious bedroom, great restaurant. The hotel has potential to be great but the old windows don’t block the outside noises at all, the pillows were very big and hard, the hot water didn’t always work, and our room was set up for 2 and we were 3. Had to call 3 times to get the extra towels (nevermind cutlery and glasses). 2 elevators were not working so there were big lineups to get on the elevator. "

"The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The concierge service for the safe-keeping of luggage after check-out is a wonderful bonus. The room was clean and in good condition. I recommend this hotel 100%."
