This splendid apartment with the right combination of Venetian style and modern design is located in the picturesque Cannaregio district, on Strada Nova, a few steps from the Ponte delle Guglie. A 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, you will be close with short walks to many historical and tourist points of interest.
A few steps from the apartment, there is a supermarket, famous for being elected "Most Beautiful Supermarket in Italy" with its decorations and Art Nouveau style.
If you wish to dine in the privacy of your home, you will find a fully functional and equipped kitchen. Alternatively, the area offers numerous options, particularly within 5 minutes you can reach the Fondamenta della Misericordia and Ormesini with their surprising selection of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs, and dinners.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, master bedroom, and is perfect for couples.
The accommodation is located on the third floor with stairs, and is equipped with all the appliances guests may need.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment.
