Great location, but poor customer service.
The apartment is well located, near the station and very spacious. The service, not so much. The management company is located not too far, but a good 15 minute walking and no one goes to the apartment & show you things and explain (A/C, cleaning, interfone & buzzing). That is done at their office- they explain about trash, check-in and check-out times, and tell us to contact them if any issues. There was no mention of anything broken or not functioning in the unit. We got to the apartment and found only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no replacements, for a 3 night stay for a group of 5 adults, 4 being women. Some things were broken and I took pictures, but I really didn’t want start my day by going to their office after they opened. There was only 1 A/C on the hallway and it didn’t cool the bedrooms. It was quite warm. On 2 nights I felt something biting me in bed. I couldn’t find anything, but I had small bite marks. The only reason I didn’t ask to change is because everything around was booked, specially so close to the station. During the stay, someone came and buzzed the intercom every morning, but they spoke no English and us no italian, so we have no idea if it was a cleaning crew?? Kind of scary. My recommendation would be to have someone meet at or take the guests to the apartment and quickly go over all these details & document broken things in the unit.
