Convenient location
Simple rooms in an excellent location, 5 min walk from both the train station and a main ACTV (water bus) stop. Walls of room are thin and no elevator, so you might have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, however it is a clean and convenient place to stay for a few nights while visiting Venice.

No teal problems,hotel a bit dated and in need of a freshen up but adequate for a two night stay we didn’t have breakfast so can’t advise on that

No Water in the shower.
No water in the shower... inform reception upon arrival, reception say technician working on it. Return at night still not water. The next day morning still no water. As we stay only 1 night, we check out without bathing.

Quick and pleasant check in. Hotel is in need of a refurb. Poorly decorated, poor quality furniture and a horde of mosquito’s in the bedroom, got bitten several times... avoid this place!!!!

Cheerful place for short stay
Very good location for station and for city. Helpful staff. Good breakfast choice.Room with courtyard view meant view of air conditioning equipment and a window that would only half open. But at the price and for one night it was fine.

Wonderful location, very near the train station on the main street. Friendly staff who speak excellent English and very helpful with sightseeing. Comfortable room.

Location was superb, Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were pretty basic but clean and tidy. Very good value for such a good location in Venice. Will stop here again

The location was good, wifi worked perfectly and the room had a mini bar and AC which is appreciated. No elevator here, many stairs to get to your room.

The hotel is in a very good position, we visited Rome by walking! The room was clean and nice. The only think I didn’t like was that they keep the smallest rooms and without elevator for online booking, we got the last room on the terrace, no elevator and very small one. Overall is ok and from the terrace there is a nice view!

Great Location- Rude/Racist Staff Member
RUDE/INSULTING STAFF MEMBER- The reason for the low rating was due to treatment received by one of the employees. I stayed at the hotel with 2 friends and 1 of the 2 nights we decided to go out. When we came back to the hotel and rang the bell the front desk person, Davor was very rude and unhappy we seemed to wake him up. I went in the room to change and back out to smoke a cigarette and had to ring the bell to be let out again. When he came this time, he told me I cannot come back and that he was not there to let me in and out. I stated that the hotel had a 24/7 front desk person and that I should be able to go as I please. He was not happy with my response and proceeded to say many nasty and inappropriate things to me in my language. The next day I found out that he was from Croatia and I am from Serbia, which leads me to believe he was rude due to the fact that he did not like me because of my nationality due to the history between our countries. I am not sure if this is the case but I am certain he was aware of my background due to my passport information, my name and the fact that I spoke to my friends in my language in passing. I am very unhappy and displeased to be treated this way as a paying customer. I came to visit Italy and not to be insulted by the staff employed at this hotel. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel as long as the staff is allowed to treat customers this way.

Worse experience
The staff was rude, they give me the room was on the ground floor, it was really uncomfortable and feel unsafe, we just sleeping near the laundry, everyone can get inside. Wifi connection is bad. The breakfast was really bad, it just only have a ham, cake and bread, no hot food. I don't know how they can reward 3 star, I recommend you dont choose to live at here for this price. It was unexpected and bad feeling in this hotel.

this hotel has a great location near the train station and cruise port. we stayed only one night and it was fine. the hotel air conditioning is not that cool in the summer, and there is no elevator. if you have more than one carry-on bag, do not stay here. it is very difficult to get your luggage up the stairs. they serve a complimentary breakfast and it was AMAZING. this hotel is great for a quick stop, but not for a long stay.

The check in was the worst I have ever seeing in my life and I travel a lot for personal and private. He was super rude to the person before me. So much that I thought I should try to keep the conversation to a minimum to avoid his rudeness. The 3 different guys at front desk were all that bad. I then had a leak coming from ceiling in the room and they said if I want I can get out and find a different hotel. There was nothing he could do. He didn’t even bother to help me move the bed away from rain.

The room was in a poor state of repair with broken wardrobe , door jam to bathroom separating from the wall , shower doors lifting away from the shower basin The bed was fine, clean and air conditioning worked. There was a bed sidelight but no plug in it. This is a basic property but it was cheep for Venice but I am unsure how it could be classed as a 3 star hotel

Staff had bad service without friendly attitude. There were no hot water, no coffee in the room. Toilet is broken in the wash room. Wifi was not available in the room; I asked servant why wifi was available. He said: “ I can not do anything about it”. I think this hotel is worst one I have stayed.

Venice Easy.
Nice place, extremely close to the train station. Had early luggage drop off, and checkout day luggage hold. Made the experience in the city that much better. Only rolling out bags 1 block in either direction. Staff was friendly and spoke good English which was a plus for our group. Private bath and a large room. WiFi works, bit is off from like 1am to 5am.
