High standard apartment located in the historic center of Venice near Campo Santa Fosca (Cannaregio district). The apartment is a magnificent open space with a complete kitchen, dining area, area with sofa and TV, a bathroom with tub and shower and a double bed positioned on a magnificent mezzanine from which it is possible to have a wide view of the canal that runs along the accommodation. It is possible to use the common terrace with private table and chairs (since we are on the ground floor it is more correct to define it as an internal courtyard). Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, luxury furnishings. Rates include sheets and towels. Tourist tax not included to be paid upon arrival. I came to Venice for a few weeks to get away and do some work in a quiet area of Venice, one of my favorite cities. (My girlfriend met up with me for the last few days.) The apartment is in one of the best areas of the town. The place was clean, quiet, and close to restaurants and shops. The property managers were helpful and efficient, and assisted me with a few non-apartment things. We will 100% be back here.
