We had a lovely stay here, Maria has been ever so accommodating we even arrived to a gift which was lovely! We were very close to the main square and other amenities and were a short walk away from some of the main attractions (bridge of sighs, Rialto bridge, St Marks bascilia, doge's palace and so on). We would recommend and stay here again.

Great romantic stay in Venice
Great stay in beautiful Venice. The host guided us how to reach the apartment from the airport step by step. As google maps are not very accurate. The host also gave us great food and places recommendations to visit. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Very easy to get to and feels safe.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is in a great location (central, close to many restaurants and beaches) and the staff was very nice. The breakfast offered is delicious and has a nice area to sit outside. Our AC ran smoothly and we had an easy stay.

This property is in a fantastic location, just minutes away from San Marco, yet just outside of its overly crowded areas. It is the perfect home away from home, but right along the canals of Venice! The owner/operator seems to have as much love for her guests as for her property. Absolutely no complaints during our stay, and we will return again some day.

The proprietress was warm and friendly and clearly lived in the building. The apartment was cozy and funky, with a relaxing vibe. We enjoyed just hanging out there, especially after walking around all day being tourists. The owner really was the one who made this an excellent choice. She was effusive and likeable, and made us feel right at home.

Wonderful apartment and hosts in Venice!
We stayed at Residenza de l'Osmarin for four nights and had a great time in Venice! The apartment is very roomy, well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located (just a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Maria (the owner) and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts. They helped us navigate from the train station via a water taxi (which they arranged for us) and then met us at the water front to guide us back to the apartment. They were super helpful with tips on restaurants, things to see, etc. And breakfast was great as well. You don't typically find a music system in a hotel or B&B, but Maria provides a CD player and a selection of Italian music (like Vivaldi) so you can sip your Prosecco, listen to music and watch the gondola's glide by on the canal just outside your window. Doesn't get much better than that :)

We stayed in this B&B for two nights. Definitely a unique experience. Very nice and helpful hostess. A very authentic experience of housing in Venice. The location is awesome, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Absolutely will stay there in future trips.

Lovely little B & B. Adequate breakfast with a nice selection of meats/cheese, yogurts, cake, biscuits etc. There are a number of stairs to get to your room but that’s normal in Venice. Friendly staff

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is very centric near to everything by walking distance. The hosts are super nice and answer quickly and kind. The place was very neat and a very very pretty view of the canal. Will stay there next time in Venice without a doubt !

Staying here made our experience in Venice even more special. A great price for the rooms we had and in a fabulous location. We had a stunning terrace view over the canal where we could sit late at night and drink a cold beer. Far better than sitting in any restaurant in the city. The owners and all the staff were hugely helpful and accommodating. So kind and welcoming. Better than any hotel I’ve stayed in in Venice because of the experience they provided for us. Breakfast was included and delicious, setting us up for the day. This place is a hidden gem, a real Venetian experience. Just wonderful

Great room in a convenient location
A co-worker and I were in town just for an overnight stay after a study tour. The room was very conveniently located to all of the main tourist areas. The room was very clean. Breakfast was served the next morning.

We usually stay in larger hotels and it was nice to stay in a small B&B type hotel in the heart of Venice. We enjoyed starting our morning breakfasts on the patio looking out on a canal and we wandered everywhere in Venice from our hotel.

Beautiful apartment, great location
This is a beautiful, clean apartment with two bathrooms at an amazing location. It is a two minute walk to the S. Zaccaria ferry terminal and very close to Piazza San Marco. The apartment has a fairly large patio right on the water, next to one of the canals. The owner and everyone we dealt with were super nice, polite and helpful just like all the other Italians we met during our trip.

The kindest staff and a great room!
The staff at the Residenza de l'Osmarin was SO friendly and helpful. We loved our top floor room with a private balcony, overlooking a canal. There was also a terrace off of the lobby where we enjoyed cappuccinos and breakfast. The room had plenty of room for the 4 of us, was very clean, and had everything that we needed during our stay. I cannot say enough about how kind the staff was - When part of our group missed breakfast, they left a tray of items outside of our room, and when we were checking out early in the morning, they left us a tray of breakfast the evening before - so thoughtful! Although there is no elevator, they were very helpful with our bags. They were also very helpful in figuring out our transportation to, from, and around Venice and with restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Charming B&B in a great location
Arrived in Venice by train; followed the instructions sent by the B&B with no problems and arrived safely. The B&B is located on one of the canals; it's easy to find, clean & very well furnished & decorated. The interior has a lot of natural light, the rooms are large, the bathroom is additionally clean and well stocked. We were checked in by Rodolfo who was extremely helpful & provided good information on where to go and what to do as well as a good city map. He recommended a few restaurants close to the B&B; during our stay we tried two of them & had excellent dinners. The breakfast was outstanding and had everything that you could want to eat; the thin sliced meats & cheeses, delicious breads & jams, an egg dish, fresh homemade pastries as well as fruit, juice, coffee and tea. The coffee was always freshly made & quite good - probably the best we had in Italy. More important to us than the actual rooms/food/location was the professional yet very warm & friendly owners of the property who were all very gracious & helpful to us. It was a pleasure to stay with them; we would most definitely recommend this B&B and will stay here again when we visit Venice. Thank you Rodolfo, Elizabetta & Lilly.

Very charming and spacious.
The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. The weather was quite cold during our stay and we had to turn on some electric heaters, which were supplied with the room.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem Sonnenschirm lud mit einem tollen Blick zu einer Flasche Wein ein. Die Küche war trotz ihrer Größe sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir kommen wieder 😍
