This hotel is amazing!!!! The refurbishment has been done so well, the location is perfect, it’s so peaceful but so close to everything. We felt so lucky to stay here.
Carlos is the bar was superb, I watched him make a drink for another guest and so much effort went into it, he was polite, engaging and attentive. Make sure you have a drink in the hotel bar or courtyard.

One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.

An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here.
Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.

Lovely boutique hotel in s great location 2 minutes flat walk from San Angelo vaporetto stop which was also served by the airport water bus line. An easy walk to main attractions or to get the vaporetto along the Grand Canal. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast and would stay there again

Loved staying at this hotel, which was only a 10min walk from the airport waterbus and similar to the main sites. Very friendly reception staff who showed the main sites and some useful places for food. The room was really quiet as it was facing the inside (room 7). We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Our room was tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities - unusual in Italy I think but very welcome.

Towels checked and changed twice a day if necessary. Beds turned down in the evening and news letter and chocolate left.
Breakfasts good with proper bacon etc as well as continental and fruit also fizzy wine.
We were on the 4th floor with a view over the rooftops but there is a terrace where we could sit in the sun and drink our wine...
