Location was great, close to everything. The room was clean and looked as same as photos. Host was very nice and patient. Cause we got wrong direction, and he waited us until late. Highly recommend

We had looked forward to our stay for several months, but were a bit disappointed. The apartment is, in a word, adequate, but nothing special. You won’t be delighted upon arrival by, say, a fruit basket: you won’t even find any coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and certainly convenient for getting to and from the airport. The management, however, treats you more as an annoyance than a valued guest. We had some difficulty finding the place at night, but our host was unwilling to walk a few meters down the street to find us. When we discovered that nights were warm and stuffy, we were told the air conditioning was off, though the ductless system could have been activated at the flick of a switch. We asked for a fan instead and were rebuffed. Confronted by a washing machine we were unable to turn on, we were assured someone would meet us the next day. That never happened; sadly they could have just told us we’re the wall switch for it was located. This is not a cheap option. Rates are rather high which is why we had high expectations and ended up so disappointed. There are better and more hospitable choices available.

This place worked well enough for us and was in a convenient location that we liked as it was sort out of the middle of the main congestion of Venice and was pretty easy to get to a from the water buses. There were some very good restaurants close by. It is on what I would call the 3rd floor but in Italy they call the 2nd. Simone was friendly and helpful in getting us settled in. For contacting him they really wanted you to use WhatsApp, but as someone who wants nothing to do with anything related to Facebook, we were able to use email for a contact and managed to make it work. The place is a little funky, but has enough amenities to get you through a stay. The kitchen has a stovetop but no oven and a fridge. Theres enough dishes to use but couldn't have imagined trying to cook a real meal. But you're in Venice and probably not going to anyway. There was a washing machine which we desperately needed and used, but we made the mistake of seeing a drying rack and assumed it would be heated. We found it really hard to get our clothes dry and I can't understand how people in these types of climates get by without a dryer or heated rack. Our clothes were still wet two days later when we needed to leave. We come from a dry climate where we can hang something and it be dry in hours. The bed was quite firm which I enjoyed but my wife not so much. There is one of the Italian style coffee makers which we learned to use and worked, but only makes one cup at a time.Wifi worked well.

Good apartment and the host gave us some bunch of good recommendations for local foods. The apartment was decorated beautifully and you could feel taste of Venice!

Our host Simon was very nice and very helpful, he sent me instructions the easiest way and navigation to get to this place, and it is 5 minutes walking to the heart of Venice (if you don't get lost, LOL) I highly recommend this place not only it is very clean and feels like your second home, everything you need is in this house. GREAT HOST!

The location is very good, you can easily walk to everywhere. It's 5mins walk to the boat to Burano, very convenient. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Exactly looked the same as the photos .Room is clean. Kitchen is fulled by dishware and pans ... Just feel like home. Will stay again if go back to Venice. Thank you very much.

Gorgeous little apartment in a great area. Its a short walk from the Ospedale waterbus stop and close to a Supermarket, restaurants and bars. The apartment is very well equipped and has central heating. It is on the second floor but that wasn't an issue for us.The lovely Simone met us at the waterbus stop and made sure we were settled in.
