"It was an interesting place with very modern nice design but the check in area was very tiny ( no more than 2 persons with luggage can be there at once ) but understandably that is a very old home retrofit as a hotel accommodation . The manager Sylvia was super accommodating. The hot water was not working properly during our stay but she gave us another suit in a different location that was even better than our original room. "Lovely staff! So polite and helpful and made us feel welcome at the hotel. A little bit out of the busy part of the city, so it was quiet and relaxing. And still walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. P.s. definitely go to the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! Eggs, bacon, fruit, really great pastries, etc. Our last day, the hotel staff kindly arranged a water taxi to the train station and it picked us up right outside the hotel's canalside door! Very cool. Thanks for the great stay."
