When we arrived my wife thought I'd booked a four star boutique hotel. The welcome from the friendly owners, the spotless large and airy rooms, the tasteful blend of modern and traditional. This is a perfect location to explore Verona and Lake Garda too. Don't decide based on a review, book and you won't be disappointed.

We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger.

A lovely family run hotel. In the midst of the Valpolicello wine region so surrounded by vineyards. They also have a family run winery attached. The room was large and had everything you needed. Some of their own wine in the fridge very reasonably priced. A lovely peaceful pool area and some great looking new glamping pods. Couldn’t fault them. Close to Verona and Lake Garda and about 90 minute drive from Venice. Would definitely recommend and return.

I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. One of the most memorable stays for me, big thanks to the lovely staff there. The hotel(house) offers a very cozy and warm experience that makes you super chilled and relaxed with the super greenery desktop view there. Valpolicella is very lovely town.

Magnificent view, peaceful and extremely friendly staff from reception to breakfast roo to cleaners everyone greet you with biggest smile.. Lovely family dog Aki keeps you a nice company only if u wish.. Room itself needs some serious upgrade I also recommend adding a kettle and mini fridge other than that really enjoyed our stay and difinately will comeback

Hotel has like home athmosphere and swimming pool was great

We wanted somewhere to stay near Verona that offered some peace in contrast to the city and the Delser provided it. You need a car to get to the city but the overall experience of the hotel, the staff and the excellent breakfast more than made up for that slight inconvenience. For those interested in design, the hotel offers an outstanding example of the conversion of a utilitarian structure into a location of true quality.

Lovely retreat close to all your destinations. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Room where clean and modern. Would definitely recommend.

Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!
