"Loved this fun hotel as a staycation spot with my daughter for a few days at the pool. Great room (king bed with pull-out sofa and view of the pool) that was vintage chic and very comfortable. Loved the hotel restaurant and poolside cocktails and snacks. All of the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"Pablo is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a corner room, which is more private and quiet. Hotel La Rose is a historical hotel, and close to the Railroad Square and a collection of restaurants and shops. Grossman’s Noshery & Bar is part of the hotel, which serves delicious food in generous portions."

"I love love love The Sandman but kids in hot tub should be monitored because parents are not monitoring their own children and it felt like romper room not a nice relaxing pool experience for my daughter and I. "

"Very pleased with our 2 night stay. Very comfortable room with a lovely view of Bodega Bay. Housekeeping staff were very attentive. The pool, hot tub and sauna are a huge plus. As others have mentioned, the continental breakfast is basic but does the trick. Would be nice if they offered just muffins, boiled eggs and coffee and tea in the main office rather than a whole sit down affair across the highway. Other than that, very pleased and will return."
